Cheryl Baron, President/CEO of The Word Baron, has a team capable
of producing print-based service equipment catalogs for automotive
dealerships. These catalogs combine thousands of equipment products
manufactured by hundreds of suppliers into large, data-packed books
which are used daily in service departments throughout North America.
When Cheryl’s clients began to ask for web and CD-ROM versions of
service equipment catalogs to be published simultaneously with the
print versions, Cheryl came to Information Works looking for an answer
to her challenging content management problem.

developed a seamless process for simultaneous cross-media publishing of

Dennis Samfilippo, Inalfa Sunroofs CEO, appreciated the fact that, in
order to maintain the company’s leadership position as a global
aftermarket sunroofs manufacturer, he needed to maintain excellent
customer support to his national team of independent distributors and
installers. Dennis came to Information Works solution designers with a
tall order: he wanted to combine the manufacturer’s make/model-specific

forms into a completely redeveloped Inalfa technical information
portal.

management along custom-programmed modules developed to provide
additional functionality, Information Works' solution team designed and

Patrick
Patterson, President and CEO United Insurance Group, believes that
providing up-to-the-minute sales information to field managers is the
key to maintaining excitement during the weekly cycle. For years,
field sales managers used Blackberry devices for email and telephone
communication; now, Pat wanted to deliver live sales totals to the
devices to maximize weekly sales results. Pat turned to Information
Works for the design and deployment of a Blackberry solution that

designers and shared his detailed plan for a new marketing website. It

Retail Buyers Association Catalog
Chris Gallup, Controller at Ann Arbor-based Ideation Gifts,
approached Information Works in search of a way to increase the
capacity and profitability of the company’s semiannual buyers
meetings. Outdated technology made it cumbersome for the gift product
supplier’s customers to order and replenish quantities of Ideation
unique gift products, so Chris was looking for a break-through solution
to the problem.
Chris turned to Information Works solution team to implement a
full-service web portal enabling retailer associates a full range of
